CAN I STEAM WITH AN IUD?
Yes; We simply start clients with IUD's on a lower temperature setting to ensure comfort.
HOW LONG IS A STEAM SESSION?
Steam sessions are for 30 minutes.*
*RESULTS MAY VARY, AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE NO ADDED BENEFITS TO STEAMING LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES.
STEAMING BEYOND THIS TIME FRAME CAN BE DANGEROUS FOR CERTAIN CLIENTS.
CAN I STEAM WITH A FRIEND OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS?
Yes! We can accommodate parties of 4 at a time in the same room.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT OFFERED FOR GROUPS?
Yes! We do offer group discounts.
DO I NEED TO BRING/WEAR ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
No. We provide everything you will need onsite.
DO I NEED TO SHAVE OR WAX PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Shaving or waxing IS NOT required prior to your appointment; however, if you would like to do so, we recommend shaving or waxing at least 1 day before or after your appointment to ensure comfort. We DO NOT recommend waxing immediately after a steam.
CAN I STEAM AT HOME?
Yes! We offer an At Home Steam Herbs with home steaming instructions!

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes; We require a deposit (for each guest) to hold all appointment times, including group appointments.*
Deposits are applied towards each guests total; the remaining balance is due on the day of at checkout.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Currently, we accept Cash, Cash app, Zelle and Venmo for services.
All deposits are non-refundable. Clients arriving 15 minutes past their set appointment time, without prior notification,
will incur a $10 late fee. For "No Show" your deposit will be held as a "No-Show fee" and can not be used for rescheduling to clients who do not contact us at least 1 hour prior to their appointment.
